Zaeshinwa Birman cattery is currently located in Perth, Western Australia. It is a small scale operation running on a foundation of love, respect and a genuine interest in animals. Breeding birman cats is our hobby and passion rather than a business enterprise and our cats' welfare and health is our primary concern. This is why we only have a small number of cats. All are our pets and if we had too many they would not receive the attention they deserve. That is why we believe that at Zaeshinwa Birmans we can offer wonderfully socialised, relaxed birman kittens of sound health.
Zaeshinwa Birman Cattery is veterinary owned and operated by Dr Patrick Brogan and Dr Jason Stayt. Jason is currently undertaking a residency in veterinary clinical pathology with the School of Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences at Murdoch University and is busy studying, teaching students and working in the diagnostics laboratory. Patrick currently works in private practice with the Victoria Park and Lathlain Veterinary practices, and also works part time teaching and assisting the students in their clinical practical classes on equine and cattle reproduction in the veterinary school at Murdoch.
